Do i get paid for the travel between visits?Yes you do! We pay 45P a mile between each visit that you do and travel paid in your hourly rate on top of that!

Do i need any care experience for the role?No, experience is not required to join our team. We provide comprehensive training so that our staff members are equipped to deliver the highest level of care

Is there any room for progression at Crosspath CareYes! all of our assistant Managers and Seniors started off as support workers and worked their way up while being provided with the correct training and qualifications.

What hours will i have to work?At Crosspath Care, we offer flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. You can choose to work part-time, full-time, or on a casual basis but we do require a minimum of 10 hours per week. You will need to discuss your preferences with the recruitment team before you join.

What are the expectations of a support worker?At Crosspath Care, we expect our support workers to provide compassionate, safe, and respectful care to our clients. They are expected to be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. We expect our staff to have good sickness records which will be monitored in the 6 month Probation Period.
