About us

We are a domiciliary care provider based in Earls Colne in Essex. Crosspath Care was started by  Gemma & Giuliano Caprioli-Blake in 2017. Giuliano (Jules) has many years of experience in the care industry. Growing up with an autistic brother led him into care work at a young age working with people with challenging behaviour, autism and mental health. Jules went on to work in children's homes, youth offending service and qualified as a youth and community worker. He has run complementary education programmes, as well as a vast amount of youth work in Essex county council and the private sector. Jules has a passion to reach the marginalised and help them reach their full potential as well as being passionate about developing staff.  Gemma is a psychiatric nurse and had 15 years of experience of working in the community as well as in inpatient wards working as an advanced nurse practitioner within the NHS, Gemma has experience of managing a large staff team as well as providing therapeutic interventions.  During Gemma's time within the NHS she has set up many care packages and noticed a need for care providers who are able to effectively work with those with mental health needs.  As a result, Crosspath Care was developed into a specialist service that caters for those who have mental health needs autism and dementia.
