Giuliano(Jules)Caprioli-Blake

Jules has many years of experience in the care industry. Growing up with an autistic brother lead him into care work at a young age working with people with challenging behaviour autism and mental health. Jules went on to work in children's homes, youth offending service and qualified as a youth and community worker. He has run complementary education programmes, as well as a vast amount of youth work in Essex county council and the private sector. Jules has a passion to reach the marginalised and help them reach their full potential as well as being passionate about developing staff
