Sophie Osborne

I’m Sophie, one of the senior support workers with Crosspath Care, I’ve been working with Crosspath since 2019. I started off as a support worker after leaving my previous job of working with young adults and children with high supports needs, specialising in autism and learning disability within Crosspath. Including my previous job, I have roughly 9 years experience in the care sector working with individuals with cognitive disabilities, autism, specific communication needs including makaton. I’m qualified in my level 3 Adult Social Care which has enabled me to undertake my senior role. In my spare time I love doing anything outdoors, being creative, listening to music, cooking and going to the beach
